Selected Project Experience
Industrial Press Machine - Indonesia to Mexico
Coordination of the transport and chartering of a 1,500-tonne industrial press from Indonesia to Mexico, including heavy-lift vessel arrangements and planning for components weighing up to approximately 200 tonnes.
The movement required close coordination between haulage, stevedoring and vessel operations to maintain the project schedule and avoid delays.
Offshore Piling System - UK to Baku
Coordination of two 110-tonne piling tools and associated equipment from the UK and Netherlands to Baku.
The project included road transport, geared-vessel shipment to Poti, Georgia, and onward movement to Azerbaijan, with close coordination of heavy haulage and quayside delivery to avoid delays to vessel loading.
Steel Mill - Rhode Island to Baku
Project logistics and chartering support for the movement of a dismantled steel mill from the USA to Baku.
The role included development of a stowage plan, selection and chartering of a suitable heavy-lift vessel from Rhode Island to Poti, and coordinated onward transport through Georgia to Azerbaijan.
The cargo arrived ahead of programme, allowing the mill to begin production more than a month before the contractual date.
